Large kitchen/diner extension into side return and loft extension to create 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This refurbishment was done in 2 stages. Firstly the extension into the side return which has opened up the kitchen area into a large kitchen/diner/family room. The area has been ‘zoned’ into kitchen space then dining and casual seating area with bespoke wooden doors onto the garden. A glass internal fixed window has been fitted to the living room directly off the kitchen to create a separate ‘snug’ area but maintain light.

A beautiful Victorian Semi-Detached home needed an additional bedroom and bathroom. Set in a conservation area planning was extremely difficult and the permitted planning area was much smaller than originally required. However, careful use of space and bespoke fixtures and fittings allowed for a designed double bedroom and shower room with large roof window fittings to increase light.
The original bathroom was very tired and the aim was to completely remove all current fixtures and fittings and rework the layout to allow for a large walk in shower. By moving the bath to near the window a large walk in shower was possible and luxury porcelain tiles and a dark paint finish created an impressive family bathroom.
